1. Glucagon ELISA 

• Human - 50 µL EDTA Plasma
• Mouse - 25 µL EDTA Plasma
• Measures Glucagon (1-29) with 0% cross-reactivity to Glicentin, OXM, GLP-1, GLP-2, or GRPP
• Simple procedure, 2.5 hour total incubation, no extraction needed, no special collection tube required
• Sensitive to 2.4 pg/mL with a range of 7-314 pg/mL

2. Oxyntomodulin ELISA

• Human, Canine, Equine, and other species - 20 µL sample size
• Mouse specific OXM kit (AL-192) with 10 µL sample size just released
• Measures total Oxyntomodulin molecule (1-37) with 0% cross-reactivity with glucagon and several proglucagon-derived peptides.
• Simple procedure, 3 hour total incubation, no special collection tube required

• Does not detect Glucagon, GLP-1, GLP-2, Oxyntomodulin, GRPP, MPGF-1, MPGF-2, Insulin, C-peptide, and Thyroglobulin.

• Sensitive to 1.14 pg/mL with a range of 6.5-913 pg/mL
