Researchers investigating the impact of N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) modification on cotton fiber elongation combined m6A-seq and RNA-seq, and found that increased m6A modification leads to decreased transcript stability, which ultimately affects cotton fiber elongation. In this study, total RNA was immunocaptured using the EpiQuik CUT&RUN m6A RNA Enrichment (MeRIP) Kit.
